As my diet has evolved, and with so many recipes available online, I’ve tossed out most of my cookbooks. One that I’ve kept is called The Defined Dish. It contains several recipes that I make over and over.
I wanted to post one that my husband loves – and has learned to make all by himself. It’s called “Sheet-Pan Chicken Shawarma with Lemon-Tahini Drizzle”. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find it at the Defined Dish website. You’ll have to buy the book!
However, while searching for the shawarma, I did find another recipe that I can’t wait to try: Turkey Taco Meatballs
