Flaxseed hack

I’m always looking for more ways to slip brain-boosting flaxseeds into my diet.

My latest: I add some to a newly opened jar of almond butter. About 1/4 or 1/3 cup works great. It absorbs the oil and makes the almond butter easier to spread.

I love this on my banana muffins. πŸ˜‹
